Hunter Pompa
Hunter is the Founder and CEO of Kapture Management, leading the organization with a vision centered on growth, opportunity, and long-term success. Originally from Monroe, Connecticut, he earned his degree in Exercise Science from Western Connecticut State University, where he developed the discipline and work ethic that now drive his leadership style.
Since launching Kapture Management in January 2025, Hunter has been committed to building a company that prioritizes both personal and professional development. He is deeply passionate about helping individuals reach their goals and takes pride in creating an environment where people can grow, advance, and unlock their full potential.
At the core of Hunter's leadership is a commitment to developing others and fostering a culture where ambition and consistency are rewarded. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, he earned his degree in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina, where he built a solid foundation in business and investment strategy.
Before joining Kapture Management in March, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Sales Representative in self-storage investment sales, where he developed his skills in client relations, communication, and closing high-value deals. His transition into training was driven by his desire to help others grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
Ryan is passionate about the company's promote-from-within culture and thrives in its team-oriented environment, where individuals are encouraged to learn, connect, and elevate one another.

Lex is a Corporate Trainer at Kapture Management who brings energy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to personal growth. Originally from Travelers Rest, South Carolina, she joined the company in March 2026 and quickly found her place within its dynamic and supportive team environment.
Before stepping into her current role, Lex gained valuable customer service experience working as a waitress, where she developed strong communication skills and a people-first mindset. Although transitioning into sales and training pushed her outside of her comfort zone, she embraced the challenge and used it as an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
Lex is especially inspired by the company's unmatched team culture and the genuine connections she has built with her coworkers. She is driven by the opportunity for growth and the high level of motivation she sees both inside and outside the workplace.
