About Kapture Management
Kapture Management is a premier AT&T External Dealer Management (EDM) firm headquartered in Greenville, SC. Founded in January 2025 by Hunter Pompa, we specialize in building high-performance sales teams, delivering world-class training, and driving AT&T customer acquisition across our markets.
AT&T External Dealer Management refers to companies authorized by AT&T to manage dealer networks, recruit and train sales professionals, and acquire customers on AT&T's behalf. As an EDM firm, Kapture Management handles the full lifecycle of AT&T sales — from team building to customer connection.
We are headquartered at 1010 E North St, Greenville, SC 29601. Our sales operations serve the greater Greenville area and expanding Southeast markets.
Kapture Management was founded in January 2025 by Hunter Pompa, a graduate of Western Connecticut State University. Since launch, we've grown rapidly, expanding our team and deepening our AT&T dealer partnerships.
As an authorized AT&T EDM firm, we represent the full portfolio of AT&T consumer and business solutions, including wireless plans and devices, internet and fiber services, business connectivity solutions, and entertainment services.
Careers & Joining the Team
Not at all. We don't require prior sales experience. What matters to us is your mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn. We train every team member from the ground up using our structured corporate training program.

Our training is hands-on and mentorship-driven. From day one, you'll be working alongside our Corporate Trainers to learn AT&T product knowledge, sales techniques, customer communication, and territory management. The goal is to get you performing confidently as quickly as possible.
100% of our management and leadership positions are filled from within our own team. We don't bring in outside managers — every leader at Kapture started where you would. If you perform, stay consistent, and show leadership qualities, you will have a clear path to advancing into management.
